Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Atlas Downloader (https://atlasdownloader.io) processes when you use the service. In short: we collect as little as possible and delete what we do not need.

Information we process

• Links you submit — used only to fetch and convert the media you asked for.
• Downloaded files — stored temporarily on our server and permanently deleted after 60 minutes.
• Anonymous browser ID — a random identifier saved in your browser's local storage so the service can show you your own downloads and nobody else's. It is not linked to your name or email.
• Server logs — IP address and request details kept briefly for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

Your download history

Your list of recent downloads is stored in your own browser (local storage). Clearing your browser data or pressing “Clear history” removes it. We do not keep a long-term history on our servers.

Cookies and analytics

We do not require accounts or login cookies. If analytics (such as Google Analytics) is enabled, it uses cookies to measure aggregate traffic with IP anonymisation. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising

If we show ads, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We only disclose information when required by law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
